i bought the the black nail art pen today and it worked really well! i used Milani Electric Pink as my bottom coat. but the box said to put on a cover coat after applying the nail art...but when i did the nail art smudged really bad so i had to take it off. is that happening with y'all too or is it just me? help me out ladies =)My Sally Hansen nail art pen is smudging and it's dry....?
you have to let it dry for a few hours. run your hands under a blow dryer if you have to. if it still smudges go with out the top coat.
