Hey, my Dad had the same problem. Usually, the internet versions of adware and spyware removal don't work all the time. But, you can go to:

This should help. If the free scan doesn't catch anything, I suggest to go and buy the full version. If you do not have adware or spyware, webroot will not detect it because this particular program does not catch viruesm only spyware adware, spam, etc. If you still cannot correct the problem, take your pc to CompUSA or the Geek Squad at BestBuy.
