I had the same problem. Try putting ONE very thin coat. Sounds funny, but it works. No base or top coat. It gets thick and peels off too easy. No there is not any polish that will help. If you go to the Nail shop let them put you some nail on, you don't want it stick. Very lite. And this is because you want pretty fingers. This will help you have pretty nails and the polish will not come off. You don't have to get them very long. They could be short to none. You don't want to poison your system with the polish.
Apply some clear polish that tastes terrible over the top, so you stop biting your nails.
im not sure what its called but u can get this stuff and ya dip ya fingers in it then when u bite r lick ur fingers u can taste it it taste like perfume its minging u can get it frm boots for like a 5uh hope i helped. plz answer my q in fashion n style!.
Try to stop that. It's not good for your health, also looks bad too. Try to control your willing when you want to do that, remember bout bacteria on ur nails. I had had same habit before, and about 2 weeks I perfectly solved it by control my mind. Nailslook better and stay health.

im not sure, but i have the same problem, just put the xtra clear polish, and dip your fingertips in a flavor that you thimk is really nasty, and it will eventually train you......just like a dog :)
well...actually i have the same problem or well i used to i found its harder to get off it u use less coats

Why don't you stop biting your nails? It would be far easier and probably your nails would look better anyway.
Nope, just fake nails.
Theres nailpolish that has an ingrediant that tastes horrible deliberatly so people dont bite their nails. They are at most places where you can buy nail polish.
