Go see a chiropodist until then soak a very thin piece of cotton wool in surgical spirit from the chemist. Slip it in the side of your toe which hurts keep doing it a couple of times a day it really helps...It softens the nail and it WORKS.What can i do iv my toe nail is to small to get cotton under it and is still growing into my skin ?
go and see a chiropodists they should be able to cut them properly for you and keep them maintained so it wont cause you any more pain.
