I suggest BIG LOTS can't help, but hopefully you have a parts/hardware list, in some instructions.





I have no clue if Wilson/Fisher is still in business, but not all Big Lots items are from companies no longer in existence. I think I'd attempt going direct to the MFG. first, and or duplicating whatever hardware was listed but not included, if you have no other resolution. Certainly you should go back to Big Lots, explaining. They may open another, and look for that same issue, perhaps even handing you a bag of stuff?

It is possible the company went out of business, as that is often how Big Lots acquires merchandise. Go to Big Lots and explain the situation and see if they will open another until and give you the hardware out of it. Tell them your only other choice is to return it.
I';d go back to the store and see if there were some hardware in one of the other boxes and ask management to give you the hardware-hope you don't have to pack yours up and exchange the entire box, But that may be the only way-I hate it when that happens!!!!
Bring it back and return it. If they have another one...open it before buying it or you can contact the manufacturer and get replacement screws.
